How do I order?
To order your gift card please contact The Lazy Cowgirl Co either via email or facebook messenger to place your gift voucher order.
What value can I make my gift voucher?
TLC offers gift vouchers starting at $20 and proceded in increments of $10 lots eg $20, $30, $40 etc.
How are gift vouchers sent out?
They can be sent out in a hard copy voucher or if your really pressed for time we can also send digital copies. Postage on vouchers is a flat rate of $2 send in a standard envelope. If you require TRACKED postage please enquire on the day.
Can I use only part of my gift voucher?
Sadly the answer is no, you MUST use your total give voucher or more in a single transaction. Our store is not set up to process unspent gift voucher funds.
I received a gift voucher how do I use it?
Instructions on how to use your voucher are printed on the reverse side of the card. Steps are as follows:
- Add the times you wish to purchase to cart ( make sure your cart is to the value of or more than the gift voucher as we CANNOT refund any unused credit.
- Click check out and follow the promps to the payment page.
- In the Discount Code box type in your unique voucher code. Please note the codes are case sensitive.
- Place your order and wait for your goodies to arrive!
